✅ CHECK-IN: From 16:00 to 23:00. For security reasons, instructions and access codes to the apartment will be provided at 15:45 on the day of arrival. If you wish to enter before 16:00, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we may allow early access; however, this cannot be guaranteed, as it depends on the previous guest’s departure and the cleaning schedule. ✅ For security reasons, luggage or personal belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning. ✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. If you wish to request a late check-out, it must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm if it is possible and the additional cost: From 11:00 to 13:00: €39 From 13:00 to 15:00: €59 From 15:00 to 17:00: €99 ✅ UNAUTHORISED LATE CHECK-OUT: If you leave the apartment later than the established check-out time (11:00) without prior notice, the following penalty will be charged from your security deposit depending on the departure time: Departure between 11:00 and 12:00: €350 Departure between 12:00 and 13:00: €405 Departure between 13:00 and 14:00: €465 Departure between 14:00 and 15:00: €535 Departure between 15:00 and 16:00: €615 ✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed to enter. If you wish to increase the number of guests in your original booking, the price per additional person is €39 per person per night. Access by any unregistered or unpaid guest will result in the full loss of the security deposit. ✅ CLEANING DURING THE STAY: The cleaning fee after check-in is included in your reservation. If you require extra cleaning or towel changes during your stay, please contact us. This service carries an additional charge equal to the cleaning fee of your reservation, which must be paid separately. ✅ PETS: Allowed with prior notice, with a supplement of €25 per pet per night. Entry of any unregistered or unpaid pet will result in the full loss of the security deposit. ✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment. ✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. ✅ Please respect neighbours’ rest, especially during night hours. ✅ Please use the facilities carefully and leave the apartment in good condition. Any damage caused must be reported and, if applicable, compensated. Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the full loss of the security deposit without refund.
